Registration & Payment

Participants are required to complete the registration process in order to attend and/or present at the International Conference on “Synergy in Mathematics: Advances in Fractional Calculus and Engineering Applications”, scheduled for October 5–6, 2026. Registration will be confirmed only after the successful submission of the registration form and payment of the applicable registration fee.

The registration fee includes conference participation and selected conference facilities as specified by the organizers.

Registration Fee Includes

The registration fee includes the following conference facilities and services:

  • participation in the conference sessions;
  • conference kit / conference materials;
  • abstract presentation / paper presentation support;
  • conference hospitality during the event, including scheduled meals and refreshments;
  • participation certificate, subject to conference attendance/presentation requirements.

Important Notes on Registration

  • Registration will be considered complete only after successful payment of the applicable fee and submission of the required registration details.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration for the paper to be included in the conference presentation schedule and related publication consideration process.
  • For papers with multiple authors, certificates and participation benefits will be provided in accordance with the registration and attendance status of individual authors, as per conference policy.
  • International participants requiring an invoice may request the same by writing to the official conference email.
  • The conference may permit online presentation for international participants or other approved categories, subject to prior approval of the Organizing Committee. However, in-person participation is strongly encouraged wherever feasible.

Accommodation

The conference organizing team aims to assist participants by providing information regarding convenient and budget-friendly accommodation options near the conference venue. Subject to availability, limited accommodation support may be arranged in hostels / guest houses / nearby lodging facilities for conference participants.

Tentative Accommodation Options

Limited low-cost accommodation may be available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to confirmation by the Organizing Committee.
